Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a TV arbitrator of Cuban descent who is featured on Caso Cerrado and Ana Polo Rules. Ana Polo Gonzalez was raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami when she was two. In Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo is the host of the prestigious Telemundo program "Caso Cerrado" which was the first Spanish language program nominated for the Daytime Emmy(r) Award, and was ranked in 2015 as the top Spanish-language show in the 4pm hour across all important demos. Polo was born in Havana in 1959. When she graduated the Florida International University's Political science program, she moved to Havana and lived there for 20 years. Later, she received her PhD qualification in law from the University of Miami. After earning her PhD at the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for over 20 years. Polo was first seen for the debut time on Telemundo Sala de Parejas in 2001. Other court shows also included her legal expertise. Literature and Awards in 1958, she wrote Los Hijos Muertos. This novel won her the Critic's Prize, as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute arrived in the United States of America from Spain in the year 1960. Polo has a cancer-free breast and often gives talks to raise funds. Polo has been a vocal advocate for LGBT rights throughout her career. She is a 1987 graduate of law school at the University of Miami School of Law and a Florida Bar member.
