Her organs failed in multiple ways, and her kidneys did not recuperate. She was forced to adapt her lifestyle around hemodialysis and later on peritoneal dialysate. Her return home was finally made after eighteen days in hospital, after a time when she was near death to the lengthy road to good health. Life was forever changed. Angelica's entire life was changed after she underwent dialysis of the kidney. The donor kidney would come from her mother. Angelica and her mother had the surgery to remove their kidneys successfully on the 13th of September, 2013 at Emory University Hospital and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston, two hospitals located across from one. Angelica Hale is pursuing her stardom dreams ever since.
